I participated alone as a Japanese person, and even though I barely understood English, there were no problems at all! They also included bathroom breaks, and I felt at ease because they gave clear instructions, like "You can use a credit card here for the restroom" or "You need coins here." As long as you have coins, you'll definitely be able to use them. I highly recommend taking the bus to Hallstatt rather than going by train on your own!

I booked this trip on April 27. It was my second attempt to visit Hallstatt, as my previous trip on April 26 was canceled halfway. The tour guide did an excellent job explaining everything and guiding us, especially compared to the guide on April 26. We really enjoyed the trip.

Our tour guide, Anna, was incredibly professional during the drive, providing very detailed explanations of all the major famous attractions! Safety was also prioritized throughout the entire trip, with a 30-minute break scheduled approximately every two hours of driving, allowing both the driver and the tour group to rest sufficiently. This showed great safety awareness. The scenery in Hallstatt was picturesque, with lakeside cottages, rivers, and trees intertwining to create a stunning view. The guide gave us three hours of free time to explore, which was just perfect. I highly recommend this day trip; you can easily get directly to Hallstatt without worrying about transportation!

On that day, the bus was full of tourists, quite a lot of people. The tour guide explained Vienna's attractions and the history along the way. However, there was no guided tour at the attractions; it was free time. We only had about three hours in Hallstatt before heading back to Vienna. The tour guide even gave us small souvenirs. I recommend this tour to anyone who doesn't want to worry about transportation.

Lilly was an amazing tour guide. Tour guide office was easy to find, Hallstatt was beautiful. My mother and I had a great time!
