• In case the selected cruise is fully booked or unavailable, the cruise operator reserves the right to arrange a similar or equivalent cruise with comparable cabin standards and services. The replacement cruise may differ from the originally selected cruise in terms of cruise name, design, itinerary details, or facilities.

• During the rainy and typhoon season, Halong Bay cruises operate only with approval from the Halong Bay Management Authority. If the overnight cruise is suspended due to weather or safety regulations, the supplier will arrange the most suitable solution whenever possible.
• Refunds apply only to unused services. If guests return to Hanoi, VND 600,000/pax for round-trip transfer will be deducted. If a Halong Day Cruise is arranged instead, VND 1,500,000/pax will be considered used and deducted from the refund.
• An extra charge of VND 1,200,000 per person applies for travel on Dec 24 to Dec 25, 2026; Dec 31, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027; Feb 3 to Feb 11, 2027; Apr 16, 2027; Apr 29 to May 1, 2027; and Sep 2, 2027. The surcharge is payable directly on site
