They proactively contacted us a day in advance to confirm the time and location, and even helped suggest decoration arrangements. The yacht was very new, and the crew members were all wonderful, including one who spoke Cantonese. The photographer was also extremely nice and gave us twenty extra photos. Without us knowing beforehand, the boss also gifted us drone footage. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

i have booked the large yacht with swimming pool. but i got small yacht without swimming pool. very dirty and smelly. So, we headed straight back to the harbor after sailing for just five minutes, and the vendor offered absolutely no refund. We feel we were treated very unfairly.
