What to expect
Go on an unforgettable night trek up Savandurga Hill, one of the largest monolith hills in Asia. Before your exciting trek begins, fuel up with some tea and snacks in the town of Ramanagara. Then, head to Savandurga base to meet with your guide and to know more about the trek ahead. The hill stands at 1,227 meters above sea level and the entire trek is about 5kms long, so you definitely need to be extra prepared for it. On the way up, enjoy amazing views of forests and the Karigudda and Biligudda Hills. When you reach the peak, get cozy next to a campfire and enjoy the wonderful sight of the crimson-colored skies as the sun begins to rise. Head back to Savandurga base for some breakfast and cap off the trek with exciting water sports at Manchanabele Dam.
