HERA Spa Esthetics Myeongdong Sejong Hotel, Superior Akasuri

This was my third time experiencing a full-body scrub, and it was done more thoroughly than anywhere else I've been. Afterward, my skin felt incredibly smooth and refreshed. When I entered the hotel lobby, I couldn't find any signs or directions, and only found my way after asking at the front desk. If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to get a scrub here.

As expected from a hotel spa, it was clean and well-equipped. I really appreciated that the bathtub and Korean body scrub were in private rooms. I wished the shampooing had been a bit more thorough, but I suppose that's how body scrubs are. Overall, it was very good.

I rarely get a Korean body scrub, but I enjoyed the trendy private room scrub! It was a luxurious experience, much better than the rushed feeling of a sauna scrub.

This offers much more privacy than typical services. They're also very thorough, applying just the right amount of pressure to remove all dead skin. Highly recommended!

It had been 6 years since my last Korean body scrub, so a lot of dead skin came off. The pressure was just right, which was great.

We were short on time, so we could only choose the 60-minute treatment, but 60 minutes felt a bit rushed. It started with changing clothes and washing my face (I recommend not wearing too much makeup; the products they use are quite basic! They don't use Hera products, which I initially thought they did 🫠). Then, there was a 15-minute bath, followed by 30-35 minutes of body scrubbing and about 5-10 minutes of a quick massage. The body scrub was definitely the highlight; they managed to scrub off all my old dead skin! 🫣🫣 Overall, the experience was still good, and the place was clean and spacious.

I was a little worried because it seemed my reservation hadn't been confirmed, but I enjoyed my first private room Korean body scrub at a beautiful spa! Since I was staying at the same hotel, it was very convenient afterward, which was great.

The atmosphere was great, and they were kind, thorough, and did a wonderful job.

The staff were very kind and professional. After the class, they watched over me like my own mother, making sure I dried my whole body and hair.
