• Minimum group size: 6 people. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size specified above, the tour will be cancelled, and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 3 days before departure.
• Infants and children will be counted as passengers. If you are traveling with children aged 0-2 years (free of charge), please indicate this in the order notes. If you do not inform us in advance and there is insufficient space, the driver has the right to refuse the ride. Any resulting losses will be your own responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.
• The meal plan fee includes the entrance ticket for fruit picking and the Omi beef sukiyaki lunch, which is an overall package. Please note that no refunds will be given for unused items. (The meal content is a fixed menu. If you have special dietary needs (such as vegetarian or food allergies), please note it at the time of booking, and we will try our best to help arrange it, but we cannot guarantee full compliance.)
• Pre-departure reminder email: The night before your trip, between 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-departure email containing your tour leader's contact information, driver information, a map of the meeting location, and related precautions. Please be sure to check it promptly, and also check your spam folder. During peak travel season, there may be a slight delay in sending the email, we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, the latest one will be the one to follow.
• 【Fruit Picking Experience - Important Notes】 To maintain order in the orchard and the quality of the visitor experience, please be sure to comply with the following regulations: 1. This itinerary is limited to unlimited consumption of seasonal fruit varieties designated by the orchard within the orchard premises. It is strictly forbidden to take any fruit out of the orchard. If it is discovered that there is excessive picking, a large amount of uneaten fruit is left behind, or fruit is being taken out, the orchard has the right to charge an additional fee (the portion taken out will be charged according to the on-site price, and the fee will be at your own expense). 2. If you bring coolers, large bags, or other containers, orchard staff may inspect them when you leave the orchard, please cooperate. 4. There are other types of fruit in the garden, only officially designated seasonal fruit varieties can be consumed without limit, please do not pick other varieties.
• Vehicle usage: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver will be assigned to provide full travel services as an attendant. No additional tour leader will be assigned. The driver/leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management. Please feel free to explore the attractions upon arrival. Due to limited luggage compartment space, please inform us in the remarks column if you wish to bring a large suitcase on the vehicle.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 15 minutes before the meeting time to check in. To protect the rights and interests of all passengers, we will not wait for late arrivals and no refunds will be given. Please be on time to avoid affecting the itinerary. If you are late due to personal reasons on the day and are unable to participate, you will not be allowed to join the tour midway and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
• In the event of inclement weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, the decision to cancel the tour will be made one day prior to departure (6:00 PM local time), and you will be notified by email thereafter.
• Unauthorized departures from the group are prohibited during the trip. If you leave the group midway, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment of the trip and the transaction will be terminated, with no refund given. Passengers are responsible for any personal or property losses resulting from this.
• This is a shared ride service, and you will be traveling with other passengers. We do not accept requests for extra stops or stops at locations other than the designated attractions, nor can you specify your seat or vehicle type.
• According to Japanese labor laws, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours per day. To ensure driving safety, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the itinerary according to the actual situation (such as shortening the stay or canceling some attractions). This adjustment cannot be used as a reason for refunds or complaints.

• You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
