Pre-trip Notification Around 8 PM the day before departure, the driver will contact you via WeChat to inform you of the departure time, location, and license plate number. Please keep your phone accessible.

Foreign tourists without a mainland Chinese mobile number, please contact customer service the day before departure and provide a screenshot of your WeChat QR code. Other contact methods are not currently supported. The driver will communicate with you using translation software or WeChat translation.
