• Boat ride duration: Approximately 1 hour (the specific boat ride duration is subject to the actual boat ride duration on-site).
• Cruise route: The eastern route connects modern architectural complexes such as the Canton Tower and Zhujiang New Town.
• The return trip follows the same route back to Dashatou Pier for disembarkation; the route is for reference only, and the specific details are subject to the actual conditions of the scenic spot.
• The cruise ship implements a real-name system. Passengers must bring their valid ID documents (one ID per person) to collect tickets and board the ship. Consequences arising from failure to board due to not bringing valid ID will be borne by the passenger.
• Please arrive at the pier ticket office 30 minutes in advance (60 minutes in advance during the summer peak season and statutory holidays) to collect your ticket. At the Dashatou Pier ticket office, please present the valid ID of the passenger to collect the ticket. Tickets will not be refunded or changed for late arrivals or no-shows, and any losses incurred will be borne by the guest.
• Note: This cruise ship does not have separate floors, and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis once aboard.
• To ensure the safety of you and other visitors, please do not board the boat after drinking alcohol or bring pets on board. Thank you for your cooperation.
• The cruise routes may be adjusted due to factors such as the Pearl River tide, water levels that are too high or too shallow, and government restrictions on waterways. The cruise duration will remain the same. Please cooperate with the pier's arrangements in case of any adjustments.
• Due to the limited number of seats on each cruise ship, tickets need to be confirmed with the merchant for the departure pier and flight time before they can be used; direct access to the site will not be possible.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Voucher type

• Exchange your valid ID at the Dashatou Wharf ticket office for a paper ticket to enter.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Children under 1.2 meters in height (not included) or under 6 years of age (not included) are admitted free of charge (without a seat).
• Children aged 6 (inclusive) to 14 (exclusive) should purchase child tickets, while those aged 14 (inclusive) and above should purchase adult tickets.
• An adult can bring two children on the boat free of charge.
