Accommodation
Accommodation is calculated on a 2 guests per room basis. For single travelers of any gender, we will arrange same-sex roommate sharing with other group members if possible. If sharing is unavailable, you may share a double room with companion relatives/friends and add an extra bed (the extra bed user will be charged half the room rate, i.e., 3 guests per room). Those unwilling to share a triple room or traveling alone shall pay the single room supplement to opt for a private single room.
Sightseeing
- The duration of sightseeing, free time and shopping stops is subject to the day’s actual schedule
- Optional tickets and guide-recommended activities are at your own expense; participation is voluntary
- Unauthorized group departure (except free time) counts as breach of contract, incurring 20% of the total contract value as compensation. Unused fees (sightseeing, meals, accommodation, transport) are non-refundable, and the agency bears no liability for off-group accidents
- Unforeseen events (e.g., typhoons, blizzards) may alter the itinerary; extra or reduced costs are settled at actual value
