• Each ticket is for one person only. A valid physical ticket must be held upon entry.
• Seats will be allocated by the Organizer and assigned based on the order of purchase. Seats will be selected from the available seating blocks. Final seat allocation is at the sole discretion of the Organizer, and adjacent seating is not guaranteed.
• Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure you keep this confirmation email, as it must be presented during ticket collection before the show. On-site staff will verify your details using the information in your confirmation email and your filled in details.
• Klook Booking Email Confirmation or payment record email cannot be used directly as admission of "Nicholas Teo Chapter 21 Concert Tour".

• Location: Level 4 at The Londoner Arena entrance, The Londoner ®️ Macao
• Redemption Time: 28 Feburary, 2026 2pm – 7:30pm
• After collection of physical tickets, please handle physical tickets with care. Organiser and Klook will not be liable to re-issue, exchange or replace any ticket which is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Any altered, photocopied, duplicated or scanned tickets will be invalid.
• Please keep the Klook Email confirmation for physical ticket collection carefully. If there is any loss, damage, theft, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud or unauthorized use, the organizer and Klook will not reissue or replace the Email, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, alteration, forgery, fraud or unauthorized use. In the event of any dispute, the records of the organizer and Klook shall prevail, and the organizer has the final decision.
• The organizer and Klook have the right to ask you to show the Klook App to verify the ticket purchase record.
• All tickets purchased through Klook are legal and comply with Klook's terms. Klook cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any other channels other than Klook.
