Good to know
- Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point before the departure time. To ensure the experience of all members, the bus will depart on time, and those who are late will be regarded as automatically giving up their participation, and the fee will not be refunded.
- In the event of force majeure such as extremely bad weather or serious traffic jams at the Asarigawa Ski Resort, we will automatically adjust to the Teine Ski Resort to ensure the smooth progress of the trip without further notice. Thank you for your understanding.
- Heavy snowfall in Hokkaido may affect the efficiency of the cable car operation, reduce the available time, or require advanced skiing skills (such as braking and controlling turns) to ride. Please be aware of this and follow the on-site arrangements.
- Please confirm that you do not have any diseases that are not suitable for strenuous exercise, such as heart disease or high blood pressure. When skiing, you must be under the guidance of a coach in the designated area, and it is strictly forbidden to enter advanced lanes or dangerous areas without authorization.
- Please use the rented ski equipment properly. If there is any intentional damage, you will be required to pay compensation at the price. Please take care of your personal belongings. It is recommended to rent a locker (at your own expense) and carry valuables with you.
- We have purchased basic accident insurance for you. It is recommended that you purchase travel accident insurance with broader coverage and higher coverage according to your own needs to obtain more comprehensive protection.
- To facilitate your flexible preparation of equipment according to your personal habits, please be informed that the cost of this trip includes snowboards and ski boots, but does not include ski goggles, helmets, ski suits (clothing and pants), and gloves. If you need these equipment, you can rent them on-site at the ski resort rental counter as needed. The rental fee for each piece of equipment is 1,000 yen.
