Sometimes, all it takes is a walk. One quiet step beside a rescue dog can spark trust, form a bond, and keep a shelter going.

More than just a shelter visit, The Singapore Special Walk is about slowing down, sharing a little kindness, and discovering how meaningful a simple walk can be.

Your journey begins at SOSD’s shelter, where you’ll be paired with one of their friendly rescue dogs for a gentle stroll around the peaceful surroundings. It’s a chance for them to stretch, explore, and enjoy a moment of freedom outside their kennels — and for you to see their playful, loving personalities up close.

After the walk, wind down with a laid-back picnic. Light refreshments will be provided for you, along with dog treats to reward your walking partner. It’s a moment to rest, reflect, and enjoy their company.

Before you go, capture a Tiny Planet photo of you and your dog — a small but lasting reminder of the connection you built that day.

This experience is organised by SOSD and supported by Klook as part of the Klook Cares initiative. SOSD is a volunteer-run organisation dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming stray and abandoned dogs in Singapore. All proceeds from this programme go directly toward supporting their shelter and care work.
