• The Banff Gondola and Upper Hot Springs are generally open year-round. However, they may close temporarily for scheduled maintenance. If this occurs, the operator will contact you in advance and arrange alternative attractions
• Banff Gondola or Hot Springs Tickets are an extra cost, you can choose to do one, we will email you about the add-on option closer to the travel date
• If Gondola or Hot Springs is closed for maintenance, replacement will be Cascade Garden or Cave and Basin
• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, attraction closures, or traffic issues.
• If your drop-off location differs from your pick-up location (designated locations only), or you are bringing luggage, please contact us at least 3 days before your tour.
• Please bring your own car seat for your child/infant
• In winter, crampons will be provided and use at your own responsibility
• In winter, you may visit Johnston/Marble Canyon, weather dependent
