[Shooting Service] Go to the shooting location at the scheduled time and place to meet and shoot with the photographer. [Timing] The timing starts according to the appointment time, and the schedule cannot be split. Changing attractions, changing clothes, and resting during the period are all timed normally. If you are late due to your own reasons, no refunds or delays will be given; if you voluntarily give up shooting due to your own reasons, no refunds will be given. [Clothing and Makeup] No clothing or makeup is provided. The package cannot include wedding dresses, dresses, suits, veils, etc. If you need light wedding dress shooting, wedding dress shooting, commercial shooting, etc., please inform us in advance before placing an order, otherwise the photographer has the right to refuse shooting or refuse to deliver photos. [Photo Retrieval] After the shooting is completed, electronic original photos will be provided within 24 hours; after the customer selects the photos, electronic retouched photos will be provided within 7 working days. [Satisfaction] If you have any questions about the photographer’s shooting on the day of the shooting, please communicate with the photographer or customer service in time to solve it. You can check the guest photos in the photographer’s camera at any time during the shooting. If you are not satisfied, please raise it on the spot and arrange for a re-shoot. No processing will be done after the event. [Weather Reasons] If the shooting cannot be carried out as scheduled due to irresistible factors such as weather on the day of the shooting, and the merchant cancels the order due to the merchant’s reasons, our store will actively negotiate with you to postpone or reschedule the shooting date. [Precautions] Please prepare your traffic guide in advance and keep your phone open; do not go to dangerous places when shooting to avoid accidents; keep your valuables safe to avoid loss; minors need to be accompanied by their parents for shooting, and if the photographer’s equipment is damaged, compensation will be required at the original price.
What to expect
- Order reservation: Customers make reservation inquiries and communicate to confirm the shooting time, location, and number of people.
- Clothing and makeup: Provide exquisite Hanfu rental and makeup services. Customers go to the store to change clothes by themselves according to the reservation time.
- Shooting service: Go to the shooting location and meet with the photographer for shooting at the reserved time and place.
- Film delivery: The photographer will send the film to the customer within 24 hours.
- Post-production: The post-production team performs post-processing on the customer's selected photos, including adjusting the color tone, body shape, skin texture, and fixing imperfections (people or sundries in small, uncomplicated backgrounds) to improve the picture quality.
