A special thanks to our butler, Xiaomin, for her meticulous arrangements—from itinerary planning to accommodation coordination, everything was incredibly well-organized, and she responded to our needs quickly and patiently, ensuring a worry-free journey. Our driver, Mr. Niu, was also a highlight of the trip: his driving skills were steady, he was familiar with every mountain road, he proactively helped with luggage, adjusted the car temperature, and provided thoughtful explanations of local customs and traditions along the way, making us feel safe and warm! The hotel experience was equally surprising: the Hemu log cabin offered views of snow-capped mountains and morning mist through the window, the Kanas accommodation was conveniently located and comfortably furnished, allowing us to gaze at the starry sky at night and admire the light mist in the morning, providing a fully immersive experience. The pace of the trip was well-balanced, leaving ample time to deeply experience the magnificence of the lakes, forests, and grasslands. - Our agency temporarily does not accept the following individuals to join tours:
- Pregnant women
- Due to potential bumpy roads, high-altitude reactions, or limitations in emergency rescue conditions during the trip, to ensure the safety of mother and child, pregnant women at all stages of pregnancy are not allowed to register for the tour.
- Infants and toddlers under three years old
- Infants and toddlers who cannot act independently are not accepted to join the tour. Children aged 3-18 must be accompanied by a guardian throughout the trip.
- Elderly tourists
- Ages 70-74: In addition to a health certificate, one direct relative under 60 years old must accompany them throughout the trip; Ages 75 and above: Due to insurance coverage restrictions and high-risk emergency plan requirements, we regret that we cannot accommodate them.
- Important Notes, please read carefully
- I. Vehicle Qualifications: Our agency strictly selects commercial vehicles with legal operating qualifications. All vehicles have passed annual inspections and regular safety checks. We do not accept requests for specific vehicle models. Xinjiang transportation regulations stipulate that operating vehicles cannot travel more than 600 kilometers per day. If the distance exceeds 600 kilometers, the driver will face huge fines of 20,000-100,000 yuan/revocation of business license. Therefore, for daily travel activities outside the itinerary, we recommend that you arrange taxis, ride-hailing services, or other transportation yourself. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- II. Regarding Travel Companions: This itinerary is a national group tour for 2-6 people (2 people minimum/6 people maximum). Due to the random nature of group formation, we cannot pre-screen information such as the age, gender, or region of travel companions. Special reminder: Tourists with special requirements for social environments are advised to choose customized car charter services.
- III. Regarding Single Room Supplement and Accommodation Arrangement Notice:
- Voluntary Room Sharing Principle: Single male/female registrants who accept room sharing arrangements can be exempt from the single room supplement. Room sharing only guarantees the same gender and does not promise specific information such as age, occupation, or region. For example: a single male tourist may share a room with male tourists of different age groups or with the driver. Explanation of single occupancy fees: If you insist on single occupancy, you need to pay the full room difference (the specific amount is subject to the itinerary quotation). Accommodation rules for multiple travelers: If multiple travelers (such as families/groups) have an odd number of people, the travel agency will match genders based on available room sharing resources on that day. For example: if a family of three travels and only a single male tourist is matched on that day, the male member of the family needs to share a room with him. Those who mind should pay the single room supplement.
- IV. Regarding Accommodation: Since Xinjiang is still a less developed area, hotels differ greatly from those in the interior, especially in scenic spots, where only cleanliness and hygiene can be guaranteed. Even so, during peak season, rooms are still hard to find. Most hotels do not have triple rooms. This product does not accept children sharing rooms alone, nor does it accept adult tourists with children sharing rooms; if you are traveling alone with a child, you must pay the single room supplement before departure or register the child as an adult, and the corresponding ticket discount difference will be refunded locally.
- V. Regarding Seat Rotation: Carpooling is not car charter. To ensure fairness of the itinerary, seats must be rotated daily!
- VI. Driver/Guide Service: Drivers have limited education and cannot provide professional explanations. Also, for safety reasons, they may not be able to interact with everyone while concentrating on driving. Please understand this, fellow travelers, and prepare your travel guides in advance.
- VII. Regarding Price: This route is a national scattered group tour, and prices vary across different regions. Prices also vary depending on the booking time, the peak/off-peak status of the day's schedule, and different booking platforms. Once you accept our price and join the group, regardless of whether it is high or low, our agency does not accept price complaints. Please understand.
