• Child ticket: age 3-11
• Infants aged 0-2 can join for free as long as they don't require their own seats. If they need their own seats, please book child tickets for them
• Admission fee to sightseeing spots and cruise/ropeway fares are not included in this activity
• Please note: Tour guides are not included in this activity
• No language support is available. Your choice of language when booking is the communication language for the confirmation email, not for the guide for this activity
• This activity only services hotels/ryokans within the eastern or northern Hokkaido area. When boarding the bus, please show the bus staff your hotel/ryokan coupon, confirmation email, or printed confirmation letter
• Since this bus makes several stops, please be patient in case of delays on your way to your destination
• In case of traffic congestion or any other uncontrollable situations, changes in the itinerary may occur. Please note that for these reasons, the operator will not cancel the trip or issue any refunds
• A decision on whether to cancel the trip (due to weather condition, etc.) will be decided by 3:00pm (Japanese time) a day before the trip date. A notice will be sent via email. In this case, you'll be given the option to reschedule or request for a full refund
• Maps of the bus stop will be attached to the final confirmation letter, which will be sent to you within 48 hours after the reservation is made
