- Seating arrangement: The travel agency does not assign seats. Tourists traveling together should discuss taking turns (except for the driver's seat).
- Driver service: This group does not have a tour guide, only a driver. Due to the cultural level and the complexity of the road conditions in the mountainous areas of Xinjiang, long-distance driving requires a high degree of concentration. The driver will remain vigilant throughout the journey and will not be able to be distracted by excessive conversations or interactions with tourists. Your safety is our greatest responsibility. Please prepare your travel guides in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
- Leaving the group: During the trip, if you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and only the expenses not incurred in your itinerary will be refunded, and the car fare will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Preferential policies: In winter, some scenic spot tickets in Xinjiang (Kanas/Hemu/Jiangjun Mountain) have already enjoyed off-season discounts/free ticket policies. This group tour quotation has been reduced. Any certificates will no longer enjoy discounts locally, and no price difference can be refunded. If the Sayram Lake Scenic Area holds veterans, disabled people, or other special certificates, please inform us and bring relevant certificates when registering (if you do not bring them, we will not be able to arrange a refund for you). Kanas + Hemu + Bahaiba implements a package ticket policy in winter. As long as you visit one of the scenic spots, no refunds will be given for the other two scenic spots, regardless of whether you visit them or not.
- Other instructions: During the trip, if scenic spots are closed due to force majeure factors and cannot be visited normally, the two parties will negotiate to cancel or replace the scenic spot according to the actual situation, and the cost difference will be refunded or compensated on the spot.
- Pre-trip tips: You will receive a departure notification call or text message from the travel agency before 22:00 on the evening before departure. Please pay attention and keep your phone line open. If you have not received any notification after 22:00, please contact the sales staff in time.
- Other tips: Due to the long distances between scenic spots in Xinjiang, pregnant women and the elderly over 73 years old cannot register. (Guests over 70 years old need to sign a disclaimer and be accompanied by family members to participate in the group). Children under 18 years old need to be accompanied by direct relatives. Children under 2 years old are not recommended to register.
- Grouping instructions: This itinerary is a national 2-4 person group (2 people travel/4 people limit). Due to the random grouping characteristics, it is impossible to screen the age, gender, region and other information of the group members in advance. Special reminder: Tourists with special requirements for the social environment are advised to choose a customized chartered car service.
- Hemu Scenic Area: Due to policy reasons, the number of reservations to enter the Hemu Scenic Area is limited. The car will be parked in the parking lot, and the driver will take you to transfer to the bus to enter the scenic area.
