I visited with a booking voucher, but was told that there was no registration for that day and had to pay an additional fee to receive the massage. I was charged twice. I would like to get a refund for the reservation amount paid to Klook. We visited with the intention of getting massages for all 12 people, and I had confirmed the date and time with the vendor in a separate photo, but the result was a double payment.
I paid extra for a massage because my reservation wasn't booked. Please check on this.
