What to expect

This restaurant is decorated in a retro Showa style, and the interior is nostalgic and quiet. The chef has trained in a long-established Japanese restaurant and strictly selects domestic Japanese beef purchased on the day. The cold noodles use the "Kuzou somen" commonly used in Japanese cuisine, and the rice uses Koshihikari rice produced in Uonuma that is freshly milled every day. Each dish fully demonstrates the essence of Japanese cuisine. This is a unique yakiniku restaurant.
