[General Information] ・The minimum number of participants for this tour is 15 people. ・If the number of applicants does not meet the minimum number of participants, the tour/experience will, in principle, be canceled. In that case, you will be notified by email 3 days before the date of use. ・Snowboards and skis can be loaded onto the bus or into the trunk free of charge. ・Please note that the operating hours may be shortened or some of the lifts may be suspended without prior notice due to snowfall or weather conditions. There will be no refunds issued in such instances. ・There will be no refunds if the lift tickets are unused due to customer circumstances. ・During the period of the morning departure day trip, arrival at the site may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting place, traffic jams or accidents on the way, or other unavoidable reasons.
