• Please wait at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time. The bus will depart on time, and those who are late will not be waited for. Late arrivals will be regarded as no-shows and no refunds will be given. Please be aware of this.
• In winter, depending on the weather conditions, it may not be possible to enjoy the snow scenery at each tourist attraction.
• The one-way trip to Jigokudani Monkey Park requires a walk of about 2 kilometers. The roads are prone to freezing and snow in winter, so please wear warm clothing and non-slip shoes.
• Vehicle type: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. When there are few people in the group, a driver will be arranged to serve as an accompanying staff member to provide full travel services. No tour leader will be assigned separately. After arriving at the scenic spot, you are free to visit. Please be aware of this.
• The bus seats you take are subject to on-site arrangements and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.
• Because monkeys are wild animals, there is no guarantee that there will be monkeys in the hot spring when you visit.
• For meal-included plans, the meal content is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
