They guaranteed whale watching, and haha, we really saw them! Multiple times too ^^ I really felt what the wonder of nature is like. Nature is truly mysterious. It was a tour that the whole family was satisfied with.
It was a tour with a very nice atmosphere. It was easy to join because you can board the boat from Waikiki. We saw whales perfectly. The waves are strong, so if you are prone to seasickness, it is best to take medicine before participating!
I believe it shouldn’t say at the description that it’s guaranteed that you will see whales because it’s not and we didn’t see any. I understand that’s it’s not their fault but since they mention it’s guaranteed you expect to see whales! Staff was great, did their best and offered nice snacks and drinks!!! they offered a free tour at the end but we didn’t use it since we wouldn’t like to waste another 2 hours on the same tour and see nothing again!
