[For plans with rentals] Rental shop: e-ma Rental Urban Hill Ishiuchi store Rental (ski/snowboard set, top and bottom wear, gloves, hat, goggles) *A separate material damage insurance fee (rental compensation fee) will be required locally (￥1,000). *Rentals are only available for adults. For children (ages 3-11), please apply and pay on-site. Customers are responsible for visiting the rental shop themselves.

[Common Information] ・The minimum number of participants for this tour is 15 people. ・If the number of applicants does not reach the minimum number of participants, the tour/experience will, in principle, be cancelled. In that case, we will notify you by email 3 days before the date of use. ・Snowboards and skis can be loaded onto the bus or trunk free of charge. ・Business hours may be shortened suddenly or some lifts may be suspended during the period due to snow conditions or weather conditions, but there will be no refunds associated with this. ・Refunds will not be given if lift tickets are not used due to customer convenience. ・During the morning departure day trip setting period, arrival at the site may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting place, traffic jams/accidents on the way, or other unavoidable reasons. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any reduction in on-site stay time or skiing time due to this. (No compensation will be provided.)
