Hanoi Dental Clinic: Whitening & Cleaning Experience

I am so satisfied for my cleaning appointment . I want to commend my attending Dentist, Mr. Quang Huy, I hope the name is correct, he was professional, gentle, and very thorough throughout the procedure. It was a very positive experience, and I would like to thank Mr. Quang Huy for the outstanding service. I will surely be back here again, and I will recommend this Dental clinic to my friends. The clinic environment was also clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Excellent service! I booked the cleaning, polishing, and scaling through Klook and everything went smoothly. The staff were very kind — although there was a bit of a language barrier, Google Translate helped and they were very patient. I also had a filling done (extra 350k VND) and the dentist who handled it spoke English well and did a great job. Overall, very professional and I’ll definitely come back if I’m in Vietnam again!

The clinic is very big and clean. The female dentist can speak English and she explains to me on which teeth requires filling after I told her I need the service. She also inform me the price before proceeding. She is very gentle. Recommend to visit if you need to have your teeth cleaned in Hanoi.

Big dental clinic i noticed the tools seems well sterelised, the place is clean im not sure if its has 3rd floors. dentist assistant did my cleaning, i like procedure not hurting my teeth. will definitly be back if i visit hanoi again.

My daughter and I had scheduled a teeth whitening at this facility. After examination, it was determined that I cannot have it due to teeth sensitivity. My daughter in the other hand had her done in no time. Great job on her. After requesting a refund on my part, it was granted. Thanks

We arrived by taxi with only a ten min ride from central Hanoi. Greeted warmly. Staff provided an English service to us which was appreciated. I have zoom whitening done before back in the UK and UAE and could spot no differences here.

transaction and communication is really easy with them since they can speak english too. i am very happy that I was accommodated well and my teeth are super clean now! i also had done my tooth filling here and the dentist hand is really light and they always ask me if I am okay since I have a big tooth cavity. i will come back again in october this year thank you

Quick and fuss free dental cleaning, easy to redeem and staff can comunicate in english. However, the quality depends on the assistant, my partner feels that the procedure is not detailed enough, her face is not covered during scaling.
