- If the ropeway is out of service, the tour will be changed to Aquaignis Onsen resort, and after the tour, the platform will refund each traveler JPY 1000 as compensation.
- The temperature on Mount Gozaisho during the winter can be cold and may drop below 0 degrees Celsius. Please wear enough warm clothing to participate in the tour.
- The tour fee does not include the Nabana no Sato admission fee, as well as the fees for facilities within the park.
- Due to the effects of the climate, the snow-covered trees may not appear as shown in the illustrative diagram. Changes in scenery due to natural factors such as insufficient snowfall cannot be accepted as a reason for refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- Partial refund rules: If the Gozaisho Ropeway is suspended, the trip will be changed to Aquaignis Onsen Resort, and after the tour, the platform will refund 1000 JPY to each traveler as compensation.
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
