I booked the SIM card for pickup at Hanoi airport. The klook counter is at centre of arrival hall. Completely hassle-free transaction. Immediate activation. VinaPhone sim. Excellent coverage and good speed. Was amazed to see coverage in Halong bay as well. Would definitely recommend it.

Hassle less and one of the cheapest option to get a SIM for Vietnam. The SIM i got was of VinaPhone. Has a good cellular coverage. Have Internet and network even in Halong bay! Would seriously recommend using it!! :)

This sim card works wonder. I'm quite surprised that I still have a reception on top of Mt. Fansipan. It's already my 4th day in Vietnam though and I think I already consumed my 7 gbs data since my mobile data gotten slower. Still, a definite must-have if you want to have a reliable internet.

Easy to find the booth once you get out of the airport imigration check point. Service and network is all perfect. Nothing needed to be complain about. Even in Phu Quoc Island it works well as well. To be able to upload the reviews and photos is all thanks to the service.

The on-site staff will help with the installation. The signals are still good. It is normal for Halong Bay to receive poor reception. In addition, this one is cheap and easy to use. The six-day tour is very good.

The store easy to locate outside the baggage collection. The women at the front desk seemed disinterested and didn't engage at all. No effort was made to understand the needs and action accordingly. I had to pro actively ask questions to gather information. I expected better engagement and assistance during setup
