Qianhai Ice and Snow World Basic Information

• “Announcement on Real-Name Entry with Original ID Card” Dear snow enthusiasts: To maintain fair skiing order and further protect consumer rights and recreational experience, real-name verification for entry will be fully strengthened starting today. All visitors must bring their original ID card, passport, or other entry/exit documents such as Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permits for on-site verification. Important Notice Entry is only permitted if the person and document information match. Those who do not bring the original document or whose information does not match will not be allowed to pass. This is to protect your personal rights from infringement, eliminate the risk of identity information being misused by “scalpers,” and allow every visitor to safely enjoy the fun of ice and snow. • Locker Fees

1. Areas [A/B/C/D] on the first floor and Ice and Snow Paradise [A/B] on the second floor are free storage areas. You only need to scan a QR code with your mobile phone to rent a locker and pay a 20 yuan deposit (refundable).
2. Area [E] on the first floor is a paid storage area, requiring an additional rental fee of 50 yuan. The method of use is also to scan a QR code with your mobile phone to rent a locker.
3. For overnight storage, please inquire and handle it at the visitor service center on the first floor. Usage rules: Lockers and changing rooms are for self-service. Please ensure you take care of your personal belongings and maintain hygiene in the area.

• Large Item Storage Service

1. Location: Customer service desk on the first floor (registration required)

3. Other: If you need to store items for snow entertainment, please contact the customer service center for assistance.

• First Aid Room Location: Passage next to the snow groomer garage in the cold zone.
• Mobile Phone Charging Station Locations At the entrance/exit of the airlock on the first floor of the warm zone, next to the storage area on the second floor of the warm zone, and at the entrance/exit of the airlock on the third floor of the warm zone.
• Restrooms Warm Zone: 1. Side passage of the snowboard equipment area on the first floor; 2. Side passage of the cold zone entrance on the second floor, third floor warm zone; 3. Next to the cold zone entrance in the main hall on the third floor. Cold Zone: Enter through the left side passage of the magic carpet entrance on the intermediate slope.

1. Beginner Slope: Gradient 7.88°, length 132m, width 42m, vertical drop 11.1m.
2. Novice Slope: Gradient 9.87°, length 172m, width 32m, vertical drop 20.7m.
3. Novice-Intermediate Slope: Gradient 9.87% to 13.69%, length 463m, width 23-56m, vertical drop 83m.
4. Intermediate Slope: Gradient 13.06% to 13.69%, length 410m, width 30-56m, vertical drop 83m.
5. Advanced Slope: Gradient 18°, length 392m, width 30m, vertical drop 83m.

• Nursery Room There is a separate nursery room with power outlets on the 2nd floor restroom inside the ski resort and outside the turnstiles (2F).
• Cable Car Areas: Advanced zone, Intermediate zone.
• Magic Carpet Five magic carpets. Areas: Novice zone, Intermediate zone. Three double magic carpets: 2 for beginner slopes, 1 for novice slopes. One single magic carpet: Intermediate slope entrance. One single magic carpet: Ice and Snow Paradise.

• Park Play Process
• Ski Area: ① Swipe card to enter the first turnstile (timing starts) to ② Equipment rental (card swipe required) to ③ Ski instruction consultation (optional) to ④ Enter for skiing (swipe card to experience corresponding slopes) to ⑤ Equipment return (card swipe required) to ⑥ Insert card to exit the park (timing ends)
• Snow Play Area: ① Swipe card to enter the first turnstile (timing starts) to ② Equipment rental (card swipe required) to ③ Enter for play to ④ Equipment return (card swipe required) to ⑤ Insert card to exit the park (timing ends)
• Card Insertion and Park Exit: If the turnstile prompts that the ski card has timed out after inserting the card, you need to go to the service center in the park to pay the overtime fee before inserting the card to exit the park.
• Important Reminder: The ski card is still timing after reissuing, so you need to proactively inform to avoid secondary overtime.

[Transportation Guide]

1. By Metro: Take “Shenzhen Metro Line 20” to [Convention & Exhibition City Station] and exit from any gate to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World.
2. By Car: Navigate to “Huafa Qianhai Ice and Snow World”. It is easily accessible via Guang-Shen Riverside Expressway, Shenzhen Outer Ring Expressway, etc.
3. From the Airport (approx. 35 minutes): ①. By Metro: Take “Shenzhen Metro Line 11” from [Airport Station], transfer to “Shenzhen Metro Line 20” at [Airport North Station] to [Convention & Exhibition City Station], and exit from any gate to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World. ②. By Bus: Take bus M387 from Gate 16 on the second floor of Airport GTC to [Convention & Exhibition City Metro Station], then walk 255 meters directly to the destination; Take bus M527 from Gate 16 on the second floor of Airport GTC to [Shafuyuxiu Road Intersection Station], then walk 618 meters.
4. From High-Speed Rail Stations (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes): After arriving in Shenzhen, take the metro from any railway station, transfer to “Shenzhen Metro Line 20” to [Convention & Exhibition City Station], and exit from any gate to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World.
5. Hong Kong Transportation Routes: ①. By Car (approx. 31 minutes): Depart from [Shenzhen Bay Port], pass through Dongbin Tunnel and Guang-Shen Riverside Expressway to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World. ②. By High-Speed Rail (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes): Take the high-speed rail from [Hong Kong West Kowloon] Station to [Futian Station], then transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 11 to [Airport North Station], transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 20 to [Convention & Exhibition City Station], and exit from any gate to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World. ③. By Car (approx. 1 hour 41 minutes): Depart from [Gongbei Port], pass through Xianghai Expressway, Western Coastal Expressway, Guang’ao Expressway, Shencen Expressway, and Guang-Shen Riverside Expressway to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World. ②. By Ferry: Ⅰ. [Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal] Take a ferry from Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal & Taipa Ferry Terminal to Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal, then take a taxi from the airport ferry terminal to Qianhai Ice and Snow World. (approx. 1 hour 33 minutes) Ⅱ. [Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Homeport] Take a ferry from Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal & Taipa Ferry Terminal to Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Homeport, transfer to Metro Line 12 at [Prince Bay Station], then take a ride to [Nanshan Station], transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 11 to [Airport North Station], transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 20 to [Convention & Exhibition City Station], and exit from any gate to reach Qianhai Ice and Snow World. [Notes]

1. Booking Information: The ski resort implements a real-name entry system. Visitors must use the same identification document as provided during booking. On the day of visit, please bring a valid ID for verification upon entry.
2. Standard Entry Procedure: ① Snow Card Collection - Please present your ticket redemption code and valid ID at the self-service card machine or ticket counter to collect your snow card. ② Ticket Verification and Entry - Present your valid ID and snow card at the gate for verification to enter the ski resort. ③ Ski Suit and Ski Boot Collection - Guests who purchased tickets including equipment should go to the ski suit counter to collect ski boots and ski suits and change clothes. ④ Ski Equipment Collection - Guests who purchased ski tickets including equipment should go to the ski board counter to collect ski boards, helmets, and other ski equipment after changing clothes. ⑤ Enter the cold zone to start your joyful snow journey.
3. Overtime Surcharge Explanation: The timing at the ski resort starts when you swipe your card at the entrance gate and ends when you exit. Any time exceeding the ticket duration is considered overtime. There is no surcharge for the first 30 minutes of overtime. After that, an overtime fee will be charged for every half hour (less than half an hour is calculated as half an hour). Overtime fees refer to the prices posted at the ticket office.
4. Other Matters: ① Please keep your ticket redemption code, QR code, and other ticket information properly. If you disclose or lose your ticket information due to personal reasons, resulting in inability to collect tickets or enter normally, you will need to purchase another ticket to enter. ② Please keep your snow card properly. If it is accidentally lost, you will need to pay the corresponding replacement card fee at the market price to reapply for a snow card.
