I wanted to give it 0 stars. When ordering, I was not informed at all that multiple bus stops would be closed and multiple road sections would be closed on December 31st, and the bus stop near the Colosseum was also closed for a long time. The Colosseum ticket time was randomly assigned, and I was assigned a 2:45 PM ticket. I boarded the bus near the Vatican at 1:50 PM, and finally got off at the nearest Piazza Venezia at 3:35 PM. I spent 20 minutes running to the Colosseum and found that the last admission time had passed. So in the end, I couldn't use the ticket and the bus didn't help my sightseeing at all!
