Event rescheduling
The organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event should the minimum participation requirement not be met or due to inclement weather. In such cases, registered participants will be notified at the earliest opportunity. The organiser will contact you via the email address or phone number provided in your booking details to provide information on the new date and any alternative arrangements.
Refunds
If the event is rescheduled, participants are entitled to either:
Participate in the event on the new date at no extra cost; or
Request a full refund of the ticket price.
Refund requests must be submitted via the organiser or via Klook customer service. Upon verification, refunds will be processed promptly.

Had a Pleasant experience at ITAN Peranakan. I learnt a lot about the history of peranakan from Alvin the host and owner of the museum. His collection was priceless. It Ended with some nonya kuehs and Tea with Alvin playing his piano for us.
wonderful experience with our host Alvin. he explained to us the concept behind his home and even shared some snacks/ tea with us. the piano performance was also a lovely touch
