- Departure Instructions: If you choose to leave the group during the trip, the unfinished portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and only the expenses not incurred during the trip will be refunded, and the transportation fee will not be refunded under any circumstances; because you have registered for a group tour, the cost has actually occurred after the vehicle departs. If you leave the group midway, the vehicle needs to continue to carry other tourists on the group to continue the itinerary, and the transportation fee cannot be refunded. Please be aware.
- Return Reminder: It is not recommended to book a plane/train ticket for the return trip on the same day as the group tour, because there may be special circumstances such as traffic jams on the road.
- Preferential Policies: Active military personnel, retired military personnel, police officers, Xinjiang aid cadres, disabled persons, university students, children under 1.2 meters in height, and other preferential certificates, please inform the sales staff or housekeeper when registering, and bring relevant certificates when traveling (if you do not bring them, we will not be able to help you purchase special preferential tickets).

- Meal Times: Due to the time difference of about 2 hours between Xinjiang and the mainland (but still using Beijing time), breakfast is usually around 8:30, lunch is from 14:00 to 15:00, and dinner is around 20:00; traveling is physically demanding, please bring your own snacks in advance.
