🎟️ Ticketing Information

• Each person may purchase up to 4 tickets.
• Tickets are limited and may sell out early.
• Open to those aged 15+ (born on or before Dec 31, 2010).
• All guests must present a valid photo ID upon entry.
• ❗Those under 15 will be denied entry without refund.
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on the ticketing platform.
• No changes to name or date after purchase.
• All ticket prices include VAT & copyright fees.

🚪 Entry Guidelines

• All-standing, first-come, first-served event. No seat or entry numbers.
• Entry wristbands applied on-site by staff. No proxy pickup allowed.
• Bring both your ticket barcode and photo ID (passport, driver’s license, ARC).
• ❌ No barcode screenshots.
• ❌ No re-entry once you leave the venue.
• Wristbands: Non-transferable, not reissued if lost/damaged. Must be picked up before ticket booth closes (TBA).

🍻 Age Verification for Alcohol

• Requires a separate adult wristband from the Age Verification Booth.
• Bring a valid photo ID

🪪 ID Requirements

Only original photo IDs with name, birthdate, and photo are accepted.

👪 Exception: Minor Ticket Pickup

Proxy pick-up is only allowed for minors booked under a family member’s account.

• You must bring:
• Purchaser’s valid photo ID
• Minor’s valid ID (e.g., student ID)

💸 Refund Policy

• Only tickets from official channels are eligible.
• No refunds on event day due to personal reasons or weather.
• No partial refunds for unused days on multi-day passes.

🚫 Ticket Transfer & Resale

• Personal resale, barcode sharing, or unauthorized transfers are strictly prohibited.
• Counterfeit or altered tickets may lead to civil/criminal penalties.
• Only purchase through the official ticketing platform to ensure entry.

🎒 Prohibited Items & Bag Checks

Bag checks will be conducted upon entry. (Lockers may be available)

Not allowed:

• All outside food/beverages (except 1 bottle of water ≤500ml)
• Valuables (organizer not liable for loss)
• Mats, tents, camping chairs, iceboxes
• Professional cameras, recording gear
• Laser pointers, banners that obstruct view
• Illegal substances, dangerous objects, bulky gear, drones, and other restricted items, etc. are not allowed

Allowed:

Service dogs for the visually impaired, wheelchairs, and crutches are allowed, but access to some areas may be restricted for safety

🎥 Filming & Press Policy

• Personal photos are allowed, but photography/filming/recording/live streaming of the artist is strictly prohibited due to copyright and show flow.
• Only authorized media can film/cover the event
• On-site photos/videos may be used by the organizer or sponsors
• By entering the venue, you consent to the commercial use of your likeness captured during the event.
• Unauthorized uploads may be removed via platform requests

👀 Important Viewing Notes

• Some areas may have limited visibility
• Fully standing-only venue (no mats)
• No gifts, flower wreaths, or fan letters
• Smoking allowed only in designated areas
• Unauthorized promotions/events not allowed
• Food & drink booths on-site (menu via official SNS)
• Do not touch or damage installations – you may be liable
• No re-entry (even with multi-day passes)
• Please finish errands & prep beforehand

The show may include: Loud sounds, fireworks, lasers, fog, animatronics, strobes

Not recommended for:

• Pregnant individuals
• People with heart conditions
• Elderly guests
• Anyone sensitive to lights/sound

Organizer is not responsible for health issues not declared in advance.
