- In case of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, we will decide whether to cancel the tour one day before departure (local time 18:00) and notify you via email.
- Meals are not included for children under 6 years old.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded, nor will they be allowed to join the tour midway. Your understanding is appreciated.
- The planned tour route is subject to change or cancellation due to traffic conditions and congestion on the day.
- Vehicle type: Assigned according to the number of people. For small group tours, a driver will also serve as an attendant to provide tour services throughout the trip. A tour leader will not be additionally assigned. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Due to limited luggage storage space, please inform us in the remarks column if you are carrying large luggage. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Infants: Free for children under 3 years old. Only one child under 3 years old who does not occupy a seat can be accompanied by one adult. Meals and attraction tickets are not provided. A child fee will be charged for occupying a seat. Please note that if you are traveling with infants under 3 years old, please indicate this in the remarks column.
- For snow activities, the outdoor scenery is cold. Please prepare warm clothing and gloves for playing in the snow.
- The flowering season of lavender and Kochia scoparia and the autumn foliage season of Fukiware Falls may vary depending on the weather conditions each year. If the flowers wither or do not bloom due to weather factors, we will proceed to the original itinerary to view the scenery. Thank you for your understanding.
- The ripening period of fruits may vary depending on the weather, and it is also possible to eat pre-picked fruits.
- If Harada Farm is closed or the fruit yield is insufficient to provide fruit picking services, we will change to other tourist orchards in the surrounding area to provide fruit picking services.
- If Tamahara Ski Resort & Lavender Garden & Kochia scoparia Garden are temporarily closed due to weather factors or maintenance, the admission fee will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
- If Fukiware Falls is deemed to be potentially unsafe due to weather or other force majeure factors, we will suspend the visit. Thank you for your understanding.
- The deluxe snow crab feast meal images are for reference only. The ingredients will be changed depending on the season and will be based on the actual supply. Matsutake mushrooms may be changed to abalone depending on the season. Thank you for your understanding.
- The planned tour route may be subject to adjustments to the time spent at attractions or cancellation of some attractions due to traffic conditions, weather, or other force majeure factors on the day. The arrival time on the return trip may also be greatly delayed. Please note this.
- The Gunma Tamahara Ski Resort snow play package will not go to Kawagoe.
- Tofu skin making experience is a complimentary item. If the experience store is temporarily closed or the experience cannot be carried out due to transportation factors, no refund will be provided.
- For those who choose the no-meal plan, you can dine freely at Harada Farm. Only cash is accepted on site, so please prepare cash to purchase meal tickets.
