  • Receive your deposit refund when you return the device
  • In case of late returns, lost, or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required

  • If delivery address is outside of free shipping districts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, an additional surcharge of VND35,000 will apply and should be paid in cash directly to the shipper
  • You must present your voucher upon pick up
  • Please note: You will be asked to leave a VND1,000,000 deposit to the shipper

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hour(s) before the selected activity date
