- Please gather 10 minutes prior to departure time. Our company will not be responsible for any delays or missed departures caused by individual issues.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pregnant women, individuals with health issues, or those who have consumed alcohol will be denied participation in this activity to prevent accidents.
- Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring luggage so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
- To protect the natural environment, please take your trash with you during the adventure and do not litter.
- The activity may be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.
- The hiking tour will be canceled in the event of heavy rain; however, the tour will proceed as scheduled if only light rain is forecast. We recommend that guests bring their own rain gear to cope with sudden weather changes. The facility will also prepare simple raincoats for emergencies.
- The mountain guide will prioritize safety, but as the tour is an experience in a natural environment, please participate responsibly.
- The schedule for this activity is an estimated reference time. It may be subject to change due to individual conditions, weather, or other factors during the activity. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please do not eat or drink inside the shuttle. Drinks (such as bottled water, tea, etc.) are allowed on board. Please cooperate in keeping the vehicle clean.
- During the hike, guests are advised to carry their valuables with them. We are not responsible for any loss.
- The fee remains the same even if guests do not require shuttle service. Please inform us in advance.
- This activity requires a minimum booking of 2 people. If the reservation is for 1 person, the fee will be charged for 2 people. Thank you for your understanding.
