Pre-Departure Notice
- Please ensure the communication app you provided remains accessible during your trip to Japan, as we will contact you one day prior to your departure. We will send vehicle and guide information for the next day's trip to your email before 8 PM on the day before departure. Please check your inbox (including spam). To ensure a smooth trip, please contact the guide or driver promptly. Thank you.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will be canceled and you will be notified by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 6:00 PM local time the day before departure and notify you by email.
Seats and Vehicles
- This is a group tour, and seat allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please make a note. We will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions.
- The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people and cannot be specified. When the number of participants is small, a driver may act as a guide, and the explanation may be brief.
- If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the guide has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.
Itinerary Adjustments and Safety
- Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional costs will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour).
- The itinerary is for reference only. Actual travel, stay, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
- In the event of weather or force majeure that causes facilities such as cable cars and游船to be suspended, snowmobiling, it will be changed to other attractions or the length of stay will be adjusted.
- No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting place, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group shall be borne by yourself.
Seasons and Scenery
- In winter, if there are special circumstances such as highway closures or scenic spot access restrictions, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.
Other Information
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and you cannot join the tour midway.
- It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.
* Day trips do not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. * If the tour is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will have to bear the cost of return or additional accommodation themselves.**
* During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, bullet trains, or dinners for that evening, and bring your own snacks and power banks.
