Fantastic 5.0
On a weekday Thursday, our family of four (two adults, ages 8, 9, and 11) had the entire place to ourselves. There was no waiting in line, and the staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us every step of the way, making it an absolutely fantastic day. The facial recognition system allowed us to enter and exit freely, so we could even go out for lunch. There's a small mall right in front of the facility. It has a strong local flavor, but it's perfectly adequate for lunch. You can store your belongings in the lockers provided. Be sure to bring plenty of fluids. They sold sports drinks, water, and cola inside. If you go outside, there's a convenience store, so that's not an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Since we were the only ones there, we felt a bit bad staying until the 6:00 PM closing time, so we left, but it's truly a fun facility where you can play all day. It's enjoyable for both parents and children. Highly recommended! You'll sweat a lot, so it might be even better if you bring a change of clothes and a towel! By the way, the banana slide will get you wet. It's a good idea to play on it last.

First time visiting Escape Putrajaya. The kids enjoyed it and overcame their nervousness and fear of heights. The goal was to help them be brave with heights. It was raining, and we entered at 4 p.m. We managed to play for 2 hours. There were some places we didn't have time to play. Thank you, Escape Putrajaya.

the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with the kids. they challenged us to go beyond our what we thought we cuu ok of have done and we had an amazing time. we were lucky that when we went, we were the only few and we could do every activity with ease. the activities ranged from simple ones to the more difficult ones.

Fun outing for the kids. The venue is clean and new. The staff and service make a HUGE difference, from entering the premises right until the end. We went the week after school hols, so we had the whole place to ourselves.

Very fun day! The staff: Ainun, Maryam, Aqil, Danial, Najihah and many others are examplary. They helped entertain our 3 year old while we tried out the activities. I chickened out at some rides, hope to come again to try out those.

Booking through Klook was very convenient and much cheaper compared to the official website. I visited on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find that there weren’t many people, so waiting time was short and smooth. This place is a great spot to challenge our fear of heights, with Level 1 being especially nice for beginners to start with. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive, cheering us on and giving encouragement when needed. They also asked about our preferences on which activities we wanted to try and guided us directly there. Overall, a safe, fun, and memorable experience!

It's located adjacent to the Alamanda Shopping Centre. Go past the food court and out the automatic doors, and you'll find it outdoors. It was a public holiday, but it wasn't crowded. It feels a bit more challenging than Escape in Petaling Jaya. The levels are divided by age, so even small children can participate. However, some things like the suspension bridges are over 6 meters high, so it might be scary for those who are afraid of heights. You are always wearing safety equipment 🦺, and you are constantly connected to a rope to ensure you never fall. You need to slide the rope yourself to move around. Children around the age of 7 or 8 should be able to do it. The staff also provide guidance. Parental entry is not necessarily required. Parents can sit at the tables outside the food court and observe. To enter, you must purchase a ticket, even if you are only watching. We played from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. My child said it was more fun than Escape in Petaling Jaya. The mall has ample parking, even on holidays.
