Special Terms and Conditions / Weather Cancellation Policy

• Even in rainy weather, if the fireworks display is announced by the organizing committee to proceed as scheduled, this tour will also depart as normal. However, if severe weather (such as typhoons, strong storms, etc.) or rising river levels make it dangerous to launch fireworks, the event may be canceled.
• Unless the organizing committee officially announces the cancellation of the fireworks display before the tour departure, this tour will proceed as scheduled. Please note that the decision to cancel the fireworks display is sometimes made by the organizing committee in the early morning of the event day, and you will be notified by the accompanying staff on that day.
• If the cancellation of the fireworks display is officially decided one day before departure, we will refund the full tour fee. The trip will be canceled. However, if the fireworks display is canceled due to sudden weather conditions after departure, no refund will be given. Please understand that transportation costs to and from the meeting point are also borne by the traveler.
• If the fireworks display is temporarily suspended or postponed due to sudden bad weather after the tour departs, the tour fee, including the viewing seat fee, will not be refunded. Please understand and acknowledge this in advance.
• The end time of this tour may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, or force majeure factors on the day. If the tour is delayed due to the above reasons, resulting in the inability to catch the last public transportation, our company will not bear any subsequent transfer fees or related losses. Please be sure to assess this risk and be mentally prepared before booking.

Important Notes

• Baumkuchen contains wheat, eggs, dairy products, and soy ingredients. Those allergic to the above allergens should consume it at their own discretion.
• This tour primarily provides Chinese commentary, with English and Korean-speaking staff available. (Please note that designated language services may not be available in all situations and will ultimately depend on the arrangements on the day, as decided by our company.)
