You have also the possibility to book the sled for yourselves as private sled paying for the 4 seats.
Reviews
Because we were staying nearby, the tour guide told us to go to the destination ourselves. We were supposed to meet at 9:10 AM, but when we arrived, no one was there, and our calls to the contact number went unanswered. We knocked and asked the staff inside, who said the doors wouldn't open until 9:30 AM, and we couldn't enter. As a result, we had to wait outside in the snow, enduring sub-zero temperatures (around -10 degrees Celsius) for nearly half an hour before the tour guide finally arrived with the rest of the group, without offering any explanation.
