What to expect
Upon arrival at the shop, you will first learn about Yamanashi’s unique sushi culture, and then change into a sushi chef’s uniform. After that, you will make the sweet and savory sushi sauce, which is a feature of Yamanashi’s sushi culture, and learn how to make sushi. Once you’ve made 10 pieces of sushi, it’s time for tasting. During the tasting, you can also enjoy a comparison of sake or Japanese tea.
