- Since the two-day tour includes hotel, we arrange and quote according to 2 people per room; if the number of your traveler is an odd number, such as 3 people, 5 people, or 7 people, please pay the extra room difference, that is, order a single occupancy package. Thank you.
- {Registration Instructions}
- If the applicant is an elder over 70 years old or a pregnant woman, in order to ensure safety and improve the relevant protection process, you need to sign a waiver of liability agreement. Please make a note in the "Special Needs" column when booking, and we will send the waiver of liability agreement document by email after receiving the order. Please sign in advance and take a photo and send it back to complete the registration process.
- Each guest can bring up to one piece of luggage for free. Please make a note in the "Special Needs" when placing an order. If you do not inform us one day in advance that you are bringing your child with you, the car may be crowded and driving safety may be affected. The tour guide has the right to refuse you boarding and the fee will not be refunded. If the passengers include "infants under 3 years old who do not occupy seats", please make a note when placing an order, because even if the infant does not occupy a seat, it will be counted in the approved number of passengers.
- {Pre-trip tips}
- We will send you an email between 20:00-21:00 the day before the trip to inform you of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Guests who participate in the hotel pick-up package, please wait outside the hotel lobby. Please refer to the email content for the specific pick-up time. The email may be mistakenly classified into the trash. In peak season, the email sending time may be delayed. In special circumstances, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email.
- As this is a carpooling trip, please be sure to arrive at the meeting place or scenic spot on time. No refund will be given if you fail to arrive on time. Any unexpected expenses and responsibilities caused by late arrival will be borne by you. Please understand.
- As this activity is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you.
- In order to ensure your smooth travel, please be sure to confirm the meeting place. Once confirmed, please avoid temporary changes. If you fail to get on the bus due to personal reasons, no refund will be given.
- We will arrange different models according to the actual number of people traveling, and we cannot specify the model.
- Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, red leaves, special flowering periods, lighting, fireworks festivals, snow scenery sightseeing, hot spring season, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather or other force majeure factors. The specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to the official notice. If we do not receive a clear official notice to cancel the activity, we will arrange it according to the original plan. If the flowering period or special activities cannot meet expectations, no refund will be made. Please be aware of this.
- {Tips during the trip}
- During the peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or slightly delayed. The specific departure time is subject to the email notification one day before the trip. Please prepare in advance.
- We will try our best to arrange the seat needs, but since this trip is a carpooling tour, the seat allocation mainly follows the first-come, first-served principle. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will try our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day.
- The transportation, sightseeing and stay time involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide will reasonably adjust the order of play or delete the attractions (time) according to the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.
- During the group trip, you cannot leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by yourself, and no fees will be refunded. Any accidents that may occur after leaving the group or leaving the group will be borne by you, please understand.
- Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above time is only an estimate.
