  • Delivery is not available to accommodations other than hotels, such as private lodgings (e.g., Airbnb) or hostels
  • We do not offer delivery to or from hotels where the guest is not staying
  • The name used for the booking must match the name on the hotel reservation. If it does not match, the hotel may refuse to accept the luggage
