• If you choose the Chinese group tour package, there will be no tour guide service if the number of participants on the day is less than 16. If you choose the Chinese private tour package, a Chinese driver will be arranged (who will not enter scenic spots and will not provide commentary).
• Bipenggou Scenic Area sightseeing bus is 70 yuan per person, the route is from the Tourist Center to Shanghaizi Service Station (mandatory ride) (only Chinese private tour packages include this transportation, other packages do not include it).
• The shuttle bus within Bipenggou Scenic Area costs 20 yuan for a single trip per section, and 30 yuan for a round trip (a total of 60 yuan for 2 round trips). The routes are from Shanghaizi to Panyang Lake, and from Panyang Lake to Yanziyan, with each section being approximately 4-5 kilometers (purchase recommended).
• If you choose a private tour package, Tibetan costume changing is not included.

• Meals are not included in the itinerary. You can ask your driver or guide for recommendations, or prepare your own meals in advance.
• If you choose the Chinese group tour package, a Chinese tour guide will lead the group. If you cannot communicate in Chinese, it is not recommended to book this itinerary.
• If you choose the Chinese and English private tour package, you can add a Dujiangyan Nanqiao night tour on the return trip, which costs an additional 300/car. Please inform your itinerary butler in advance.
• This itinerary is physically demanding. Please ensure you are in good health and suitable for travel. If there are any individuals aged 60 or above (inclusive) in your party, at least one relative aged 18-69 must accompany them to join the tour. This product does not accept bookings from pregnant women. We appreciate your understanding.
• This product's destination is at a high altitude. Guests with severe hypertension, heart disease, and elderly guests should consult their doctor and carefully consider whether to travel based on their own conditions before deciding to book. After registration, please prepare in advance medications that can effectively relieve symptoms caused by altitude sickness and make all necessary preparations before the trip. The climate in high-altitude areas is dry, with strong sunlight and strong ultraviolet radiation. It is recommended that guests bring sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, lip balm, and other items. There is a large temperature difference between morning and evening in high-altitude areas, so please prepare long-sleeved clothing, trousers, and warm clothing. • When traveling on weekends and holidays, return times may be delayed due to congestion at scenic spots/venues, on roads, and with traffic. To avoid unnecessary losses, we do not recommend booking major transportation (such as flights, trains, ferries, etc.) for the same day as your return.
• The sightseeing times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times during the itinerary, are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred due to this will be borne by the tourists themselves.
• Please arrive at the designated boarding location at the time agreed upon with the tour staff. Punctuality is essential to avoid delays for yourself and other travelers. If you are late and miss the bus, you will need to make your own way to the next meeting point. Thank you for your understanding.
• Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, and small convenience stores may be available within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops and restaurants along the way. Please make your choices voluntarily and purchase with caution. When purchasing goods, you should request purchase invoices and relevant certificates, and keep them properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.
• This itinerary requires a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please ensure your physical condition allows for it. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, and please be mindful of safety during the trip.
• This is a group tour. There are no discounted or free tickets for group purchases, and no refunds will be issued if tourists withdraw from the tour midway due to personal reasons, abandon the tour, or if the scenic area cannot be visited due to irresistible factors (such as rising water, road closures, etc.).

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
