G-DRAGON MEDIA EXHIBITION : Ubermensch in Taipei

• Each person is limited to two tickets. Each person will receive one QR Code for admission to the main exhibition hall and one for the MD ZONE. Please select the admission time for the main exhibition hall and MD ZONE when purchasing tickets.
• The QR Code for this exhibition provides admission to the main exhibition hall and the MD ZONE only and does not include any shopping or consumption within the venue.
• When purchasing tickets, each person will receive an electronic voucher (QR Code) for admission to the main exhibition hall and one for the MD ZONE. Please have your electronic tickets (QR Code) ready at the entrance of the main exhibition hall (5F) and the MD ZONE (1F) ticket verification area. One person per ticket. Please queue in order and present your code for verification to enter. During the event, re-entry to the main exhibition hall and MD ZONE will not be permitted after exiting.
• The visit time for the exhibition and MD ZONE is approximately 60 minutes each. Please be sure to allow time to arrive early to ensure your viewing rights. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your designated time slot to queue for ticket verification and prepare for entry. If you have not checked in 20 minutes after the admission time, you will not be able to enter. Please note.
• When entering the MD ZONE (1F), please have the QR Code for that area ready. One code per person. Please queue in order for entry. Re-entry will not be permitted after you have finished purchasing your items, checked them, and left the venue.
• If a session is sold out, there will be no on-site standby slots available.
• This event uses a real-name registration system. Please enter the real name information of the participant when purchasing tickets. Please be sure to bring your identification for verification upon entry.
• Discount tickets for people with disabilities are limited to a maximum of 2 tickets per person per session (including one companion). Please present a valid ID and disability handbook for verification upon entry.
• If a minor under the age of eighteen makes a purchase in the MD ZONE, their legal responsibilities and related obligations shall be fully borne by their parents, legal representatives, or guardians. If a minor makes a purchase, buys a ticket, or engages in any transaction without the consent of their guardian, the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by their guardian, and the company shall not be liable for any legal responsibility. Once a purchase is made, it is deemed that the guardian has given their consent.
• If you need to purchase 2 tickets for different dates and sessions, please purchase them separately.
• Effective immediately, items ordered on-site will be processed in the order of payment, and subsequent peripheral merchandise will be arranged for delivery after arrival. In this case, the delivery time may be delayed due to force majeure. We apologize for any inconvenience. All shipping costs are borne by the organizer (considering that overseas mail is more difficult to control, it is recommended to use Taiwan as the main region).
• In the event of any dispute regarding the content of this event, or any omissions in these guidelines, the organizer reserves the right to the final interpretation, modification, supplementation, and decision.

Ticketing Information

• Please keep your QR Code and admission card carefully. Once the QR Code has been verified, it will not be reissued, and you will not be able to request admission, re-entry, or reissue of tickets with any credentials.

Cancellation Policy

• The deadline for requesting a refund is 3 days after the ticket purchase. A 5% handling fee will be deducted from the ticket price for refunds. If you wish to apply for a refund, please contact Klook customer service.
• For example: If purchased on 2025/6/1, the refund deadline is 2025/6/4 (inclusive). Refunds will not be accepted from 2025/6/5 (inclusive).
• If you apply for a refund, the 5F main exhibition hall ticket and the 1F MD ZONE single entry ticket (QR Code) must be refunded together. After the refund, the original reserved session will not be retained.
• No refunds will be given if you have already participated in an activity, entered a scenic spot, or used a ticket (QR Code).
• No refunds or changes to your order will be given for lateness or no-show.
• To change your reserved session, please cancel and re-book.
