- Service window at Terminal T2 in Pudong Airport: at international arrival exit of Terminal 2 in Pudong Airport, Service available: 24 hours.
- Service window at Terminal T1 in Hongqiao Airport: Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, international arrival exit at Terminal 1 in Hongqiao Airport, Service available 9:00-23:00.
- Check the rights: Scan the QR code on the back of the card to view the specific information and usage of Shanghai Pass-One Day.
How to use the benefits contained in the card
Shanghai double-decker sightseeing bus
- Instructions: No need to change tickets. You can directly get on the bus at the station and swipe your card. Within the validity period of the product, you can ride this bus within 24 hours after swiping and riding the bus for the first time. Before take the bus, please find the yellow station plate "Shanghai Sightseeing" bus brand.
- Business time：Line 1 (This is only for reference. Please refer to the official information of the sightseeing bus):
- Line 1: 10:00-18:00
- Line 2: 10:00-20:00
- *Departure interval: 15-20 minutes (for specific arrival time, please pay attention to WeChat public account “Shanghai Sightseeing", and click ”stop guide - electronic stop card” for information).
Yu Garden
- Opening time：9:00-16:30 (closed at 16:00 and cleared at 16:30)(The park is closed every Monday except in national holidays).
- Instructions: No reservation required. Please hold a Shanghai Pass-One Day to the scenic spot and swipe the card in the POS machine to exchange the ticket for admission.

Huangpu River Cruise tour
- Opening time: 10:30-20:30 (Shiliupu Wharf 1#); 17:00-20:30 (Shiliupu Wharf 2#). The specific opening hours are subject to the time of ticket exchange on site.
- Instructions: No reservation required. Please hold Shanghai Pass-One Day to exchange tickets at Shiliupu Wharfs for a ferry tour. It is recommended to arrive at the wharf in advance to exchange tickets.
