  • Traditional Pingtan Performance Professional Pingtan performers deliver fixed-time performances daily, using the gentle Suzhou dialect to interpret classic pieces such as “The Pearl Pagoda” and “Legend of the White Snake,” interspersed with humorous Suzhou ditties. During the performance, actors will interact with the audience, such as teaching you to say a few words like “倷好” (hello) in Suzhou dialect, creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
  • Tea Art + Pingtan Package Order a pot of Biluochun or Jasmine tea, paired with Suzhou snacks (such as Begonia Cake, Mung Bean Cake), and enjoy tea while listening to Pingtan. In the old wooden house, with its traditional Chinese tables, lidded teacups, and the lingering sound of Pingtan, you’ll instantly travel back to the bustling times of old Suzhou teahouses.
  • Intangible Cultural Heritage Experience Occasionally, activities such as Suzhou fan painting and embroidery experiences are held, guided by inheritors of intangible cultural heritage. Sharing sessions on Suzhou folk customs and garden culture themes are held irregularly, accompanied by explanations of Pingtan performance segments.
