Luggage Information
- Each passenger is allowed one free large baggage item.
- Must not exceed 64 cm x 41 cm x 23 cm (25 in x 16 in x 9 in) in size and 10 kg (22 lb) in weight, plus one carry-on item; must not exceed 37.5 cm x 25 cm x 15 cm (15 in x 10 in x 6 in) in size.
- The operator reserves the right to refuse transportation of overweight or oversized baggage (limited to a combined length, width, and height of no more than 128 cm or 50 inches) and dangerous goods (flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, offensive items, animals, livestock, and other items prohibited by customs).
- Passengers may be required to purchase additional baggage allowance for excess baggage approved by the carrier.
- Bicycles, wheelchairs, and strollers must be folded. If they exceed the free baggage allowance mentioned above, an extra baggage ticket must be purchased.
- Passengers are solely responsible for any accidents resulting from carrying prohibited items, and shall bear all financial losses incurred by the operator as a result.
