• Staff is available for guests requiring disability assistance
• Passengers in the same booking will be placed together if possible, however it is not guarantee due to the limited seats available. In case where it is not possible to place all the passengers together, passengers will be placed separately in seats that are nearest to each other
• The direction of travel of the carriages is unknown, as the carriages can be attached to the train in both directions. When booking for more than one person, it is recommended reserving opposite seats
• The seat reservation remains valid even without a ticket. However, you must show a valid Swiss Travel Card or Eurail Global Pass to board the train
