The 3-day Marrakech to Merzouga Sahara Desert Tour was an unforgettable experience. On the first day, visiting Ait Ben Haddou was a highlight, with its beautiful ancient village and stunning views. On the second day, I enjoyed exploring Todra Gorges and experiencing the charm of the local village before taking a memorable camel ride across the Erg Chebbi Dunes to the desert camp. Every part of the journey was well organized, and the breathtaking scenery made it a trip I’ll always remember. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Morocco.
I had a great time! I met some incredible people along the journey, especially the people I shared the coach with! in my opinion, it is worth the money! the drive to each stop point is very long so make sure to bring airpods or something to help pass the time. you can bring your luggage with you, just not big massive suitcases, which is what I was worried about the most. the negatives I say are i didnt get a single room on the first night and my tent in the desert had no running water. but all in all, was a great experience over the 3 days! our driver, Rachid Fafa was a fantastic driver and took care of us throughout the trip. great guy.
This desert tour offered good overall value, allowing us to enjoy magnificent canyon and Sahara Desert scenery. However, there are a few details to note for your reference: 👍 Pros: Beautiful Scenery: The canyon and desert views are definitely worth seeing. Comfortable Accommodation: The desert tent on the second night came with a private toilet and shower, and was very clean, making the stay much better than expected. Attentive Service: A dedicated person contacted us via WhatsApp throughout the trip to follow up, and pickup/drop-off services were included, which was reassuring. 📝 Things to Note: Transportation Arrangements: The travel time by car is quite long, and you will share a vehicle with travelers who have booked other itineraries (carpooling). Guide and Driver: The driver is only responsible for driving, has limited English proficiency, and is not a tour guide. A guide was only provided on the first day during the visit to the 'Game of Thrones' filming location. Meal Arrangements: The tour price does not include lunch or drinks (you should budget approximately 120-150 MAD per person per meal, or you can bring your own). The included buffet breakfast and Moroccan dinner were of average taste.
had the most amazing time taking part on the tour to Merzouga desert! it was all well organized and smooth!
Incredible desert excursion. The service was super friendly and personal throughout, making us feel very comfortable. A beautiful experience that I definitely recommend. 🌅🐪💖
The food was good, with very generous portions. The experiences at the places visited are excellent; the guides speak many languages, and the people are very friendly and attentive. Communication is good at all times.
It was a good trip especially with a ln excellent driver; Rashid Fafa. Highly recommended!
Our guide assistant was excellent, friendly, patient, and very professional throughout the trip. He made the whole journey smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great travel experience!
