- Regarding Accommodation: The default arrangement is a hotel twin room, with 2 adults per room. This tour does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "Single Room Supplement." A single traveler will be assigned a private room. For 3 adults traveling together, please purchase one additional "Single Room Supplement" to arrange two rooms.
- The times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only. The actual tour on the day is subject to change depending on climate, road conditions, holidays, traffic arrival and departure times, scenic area queuing and control, tourists themselves, force majeure and other factors. Please be aware and understand that the guide has the right to adjust the order of the included attractions without reducing the tour content.
- Please carry valuables with you to prevent loss and affecting your wonderful travel mood.
- Please try to wear hiking shoes and bring rain gear.
- Please do not walk around while the vehicle is in motion.
- When climbing mountains, please "enjoy the scenery without walking, walk without looking at the scenery" and pay attention to safety.
- There is no driver or tour guide accompanying you during free activities. Please pay attention to your personal and property safety.
- There are many monkeys in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Please do not approach the monkeys at close range, and do not touch the wild animals on the mountain to avoid injury. Please do not climb around in the scenic area. After entering the scenic area, the free environmental protection buses in the scenic area provide services between attractions. It is not one dedicated bus per group. There are many tourists in the scenic area. Be sure to meet at the location designated by the tour guide to avoid getting lost, and do not lose your belongings on the environmental protection bus. During peak season, queuing is common, please understand.
- During peak season at Tianmen Mountain, there may be queues for ticket checking and transfers. Please be patient and wait. The tour guide will arrange entry as soon as possible.
- As Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area strictly implements real-name ticket purchases, tourists must bring their original ID card. Students over 18 years old must bring their student ID. If you cannot pick up the tickets and enter the park due to incomplete documents, you will need to repurchase them at the listed price.
- When the Glass Plank Road is closed for various reasons, the scenic area does not provide any compensation, and you must not force your way through! The Glass Plank Road is located on a cliff and the terrain is steep. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, drunkenness, or other physical conditions that are not suitable for sightseeing, please do not attempt it.
- The "Blooming Hibiscus" evening show is a complimentary item from the scenic spot. If it cannot be viewed normally due to traffic jams, rain, or special reasons, there will be no refund. Please understand.
- No refunds for tickets if you do not visit Furong Town. There are no discounts on tickets for the elderly or children.
- According to the Phoenix County Government document, as of April 10, 2016, no tickets are required to enter Phoenix Ancient City. If there is a temporary change in local policy, tourists will need to pay for the ancient city tickets themselves.
