Voucher was easy to avail and received within 24hrs of purchase. However, I was surprised that the lounge did not have any room for sleeping and only had 1 bathroom/shower in the entire lounge. Had to hurry while taking a shower since there is a line waiting. I had to sleep in the couch at the TV room during my stay.
The lounge was packed. Not comfy from the looks of it. I was not allowed to use it as my KLOOK reservation was not valid. I negotiated with Qatar staff for over an hour. We had a 5 hour transit snd wanted to rest in the lounge. Instead we spent the rest of the time in the food court and sitting outside the departure gate. I am waiting for KLOOK to refund me.

I had a good experience, the place was relaxing and nice. I will recommend for anyone
I have been in a lot of lounges and was truly disappointed. I paid a huge sum of money to be allowed to spend 6 out of my 9 hours in this lounge. The food is mediocre and the staff unfriendly. Chairs semi comfortable. Had to beg for wine and finally had 2 glasses but felt uncomfortable to ask for more. Only have 2 toilets and felt bad using them as it felt as if the cleaning staff did not like the fact that they had to clean or allow you to use the facility. All in all a not pleasant and expensive experience that I can afford but I detest being ripped off. If you rip me off do it in a friendly welcoming manner. Will definitely not recommend the use to any family or friends. Next time I rather sleep on the floor for any layover in Doha.
